  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or causes beyond our control.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period has expired.

These restrictions do not apply where the product is faulty, damaged during delivery, or does not match the product description, in which case your statutory rights apply.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to managers@svryxellvorbio.world with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).
  2. Wait for approval: We will review your return request and respond within 3–5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the product: Once approved, ship the product to the address provided in our response. Please use a tracked shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
  4. Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect products: If the product is faulty, damaged during delivery, or does not match the product description, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect product).
  • Partial refunds may be issued for products that are returned in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria but are still accepted at our discretion.

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or is faulty, please contact us immediately at managers@svryxellvorbio.world with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the damage or fault.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees. This Return Policy does not limit or override your statutory rights.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at managers@svryxellvorbio.world. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return procedure applies.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product purchased for personal use fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., it is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for its intended purpose), you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.

For consumers in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right of withdrawal is in addition to the 30-day return period outlined above.
